01 · Analyze & Design
Analyzing the needs of the learners and business first, before developing any materials such as storyboards or outline documentation. Once the the minimum amount of information is available, I switch gears and create all the design documents taking scalability into account.
02 · Developing
Every deliverable goes through a quick iteration process, to ensure every stakeholder can sign off on the ultimate deliverable, designed for the learner as it should be.
03 · AI in the workflow
AI is always included in my workflows, from the analysis to the actual evaluation phase of a course. AI is never dictating, it drafts, the human in the process always evaluates the output and corrects where needed.
